TLE is a family-owned and operated home inspection company serving Athens, Georgia and the surrounding areas. Our Primary inspector and Owner, Thomas Keola O’Dowd, has proudly been providing the Athens Real Estate market with top-notch inspections and personalized customer service for over 10 years.
Originally from Hawaii, Keola moved to Georgia in 2004 and fell in love with the Athens area. Keola resides in Watkinsville with his wife, Leigh Ann, and their two children. His experience within the small business world and his love for real estate and construction led him to open Worry Free Inspection to better serve the Athens community.
When he isn’t inspecting homes Keola enjoys spending time with his family and anything outdoors! If it’s a Saturday in Athens in the Fall, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Dawgs from Dooley Field or or with friends grilling out and watching the game with their families.
Keola is also actively involved with the Athens community and is a member of the Athens Area Junior Chamber. He served as the President for 2019-2020 year. As the Jaycee’s President, Keola managed the execution of the 2019 Twilight Criterium as well as the annual Toy’s 4 Tot’s toy drive.
